When you opt in to receive text messages from Platinum Jewelers, you may receive SMS and MMS messages related to your ring design, saved configurations, appointment scheduling, order updates, and related communications from Platinum Jewelers. These messages are sent to help you stay connected with Platinum Jewelers regarding your jewelry inquiry.

Consent & Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Platinum Jewelers ring builder and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Platinum Jewelers at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the ring builder tool. You may use the ring builder without opting in to text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Platinum Jewelers. Typical messages include appointment confirmations, follow-ups on saved ring designs, and responses to your inquiries. You will not receive more than 3 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

Opt-Out
